Casio’s latest collaboration celebrates two milestones — 50 years of Casio watches and 45 years of the video game icon Pac-Man. The brand has reinterpreted four of its most classic references in a bold arcade-style. Hold onto your quarters, Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde are right around the corner.
The iconic F91 — in its original plastic, metal A168 sibling, and updated ABL-100 variant — have been reimagined with a design inspired by the instantly-recognizable Pac-Man screen, touches of arcade neon seeping through the outer face and a unique backlight. The 80s-tastic CA-53 calculator is back with a bright yellow case directly lifted from the game’s iconic yellow arcade cabinet.
Each of the four watches features stopwatch, alarm, auto calendar, and LED backlight complications while the ABL-100 and CA-53 feature an expanded feature additional world time and full auto calendar complications. The ABL-100 incorporates a step counter while the CA-53 has an 8-digit calculator feature.
